Over 29+ years, she has advised on a wide array of corporate, regulatory, and commercial matters — including numerous restructuring mandates — with a primary focus on pharmaceuticals and healthcare, high-net-worth individuals, and the tourism and transportation industries. She also holds expertise in clinical trial law and the registration of pharmaceuticals and medical devices for multinational companies. In January 2026, Jacqueline founded JS Law Firm as Chairwoman.
